Summary0000336: NPE when hovering over network name in per-object config key
DescriptionIn an ini file, when hovering over the network name in per-object config key, there is an NPE because NedElementDetector.detectNedElementsAtOffset() returns a set containing a null element.

To reproduce, open e.g. Aloha's omnetpp.ini, add this line:

    Aloha.server.cmdenv-ev-output = true

and move the cursor over Aloha.

Also NPE when moving over the leading '**' in an unused key. In any omnetpp.ini, enter this line:

  **.alma.korte = 5

and move the mouse over the '**'.
