0000955: Online user manual has no proper permalinks
The online HTML version of the OMNeT++ Manual contains numbered anchors for chapters and sections, like this: usman.html#sec470. Those links are too fragile and are unsuitable for posting into online forums such as StackOverflow or the OMNeT++ Google Group, because adding/removing sections from the manual across versions causes the number to shift and the links will break.

Section anchors are now are now unique labels (LaTeX \label{}) derived from titles.

Also, the CSS was modified to display a paragraph mark with the section permalink next to section titles.

The Manual in 5.0 also contains some Javascript to map 4.6 counter-based section anchors to the new labels, in an effort to keep old links posted to online forums working.
