Summary0000150: C/C++ nature missing when opening sample projects for the first time
DescriptionOn starting the IDE for the first time, when you open a sample project, it sometimes does not get recognized as a C/C++ project by the IDE. Closing and re-opening the project usually solves the problem.

This is likely an Eclipse CDT or Eclipse Platform bug (no OMNeT++ code participates in the Open Project action), although I couldn't find a related bug in the Eclipse Bugtracker.

A workaround has been introduced which checks for the .project and .oppbuildspec file and automatically closes/reopens the project until the nature is not detected correctly (max 5 times).
