Summary | 0000762: Possibility to build a project without locking the workspace |
Description | There is a common usecase where it would be great to build INET in the background while continue to work on a dependent project in the IDE.
Currently the workspace is locked while the build is running so you cannot really use the IDE.
Investigate the possibility whether it is possible to start a build a do NOT lock the dependent projects... (probably by building INNET from the command line? or disabling workspace locking inside the eclipse build system?) |
